Shipping & Returns
EAUSO VERT is currently available to ship across all 50 states within the US. We are not yet able to ship our products internationally but are actively seeking ways to make this happen (soon!).

info@eauso.com and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Please note that eauso.com is not able to deliver shipment to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states or U.S territories.
DELIVERY TIMES
EAUSO VERT develops each of its fragrances in small batches so you can expect orders to be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Domestic orders are generally shipped by USPS Parcel Select Ground or UPS Ground. In-transit time depends on the shipping destination and can take anywhere from 2-7 business days after they ship. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online, or you can do so by logging into your account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product, you may do so within 14 business days of delivery, in original packaging. In order to initiate a return request, please email info@eauso.com with "RETURN" and your Order Number in the subject line. EAUSO VERT will then issue you a Return Authorization Number.
Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Once the product is received we will refund the product purchase amount minus a restocking fee of 5% ($9.25 for a full size bottle).
The customer will be responsible for the original shipping and return costs and taxes incurred on the package.
Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. EAUSO VERT accepts no liability in the event that items become lost in transit without proof of tracking. Only merchandise** received by EAUSO VERT will be eligible for a refund. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Note: Returned merchandise must be received no later than 14 days from the day on which the customer was provided with their Return Authorization Number.
**Please note Discovery Sets are not eligible for return.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. For details regarding arrival of funds, please contact your credit card issuer to confirm.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the criteria listed above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an image of the issue in question along with your order number/description to info@eauso.com and we will happily issue you a refund or exchange.
You may not sell or resell any of the EAUSO VERT products you receive from us.
